Returning Unwanted Goods

If your products are no longer wanted for any reason, you have 14 days to return them to:

You are responsible for paying the return postage, and we recommend you use recorded delivery with insurance rather than ‘proof of posting’ which is not a proof of receipt. Refunds are normally processed within 10 days of receipt, please allow longer over the busy Christmas period.

Returning Faulty Goods

Very occasionally goods get damaged in transit or are faulty. If this happens, we will, of course, refund or exchange at no cost to you. Just call us on 01225 309117/ 0773 6062242 or email becs@mollyandfriends.co.uk

If your goods don't live up to your expectation please let us know and give us the opportunity to put things right. If pieces are missing or not working we can usually sort it out quickly. We'd much rather keep you as a happy customer than read reviews later about a poor experience.

Cancelling an Order

If we have not despatched your goods we’ll happily cancel the order.

If goods are already on their way we ask you to return them to us at your cost to:

Please be aware that proof of posting is NOT proof of receipt and for this reason we recommend you use a signed-for insured service.
